In Jay’s first year as a Realtor®, he earned the “Rookie of the Year” award and he went on to win other multi-million dollar producer awards. Jay strives to foster community involvement, whether it be through encouraging entrepreneural connections throughout the Catawba Valley or participating in local events. Jay loves to spend his free time with his two children and wife Aspen. Some of their favorite things to do are hiking in and around Catawba County, playing in the backyard and heading to the movies.

Her time spent catering to other’s most important days gave her amazing insight into helping client’s find their forever home. As a Licensed Buyer’s Specialist with Jay Brown, Realtors, Candace walks clients through each step of the process, ensuring that they have been professionally represented. Candace resides in Granite Falls with her husband and young son. They enjoy spending time together and hiking with their dogs.

A graduate of Appalachian State University and Marketing Coordinator at Jay Brown, Realtors, Aspen strives to implement effective marketing strategies for listings and coordinates all company events. She is also a licensed Realtor, allowing her to stay on top of the market’s current trends. She lives in Hickory with her husband Jay and their two children. Aspen enjoys reading, running and photography.

She enjoys spending time with her friends, family and grandchildren on the weekends.

Autumn has lived in North Carolina for the past 15 years with her husband and daughter. Autumn enjoys teaching yoga and is involved with youth exercise programs in the Catawba Valley.
